100% natural fruit juice concentrates

Our frozen fruit juice concentrates are produced from fruit juice using physical processing methods, including the removal of part of the naturally occurring water. They retain the characteristic colour, aroma and flavour profile of the fruit from which they are produced.

The concentrates are 100% natural and contain no added sugar, preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Detailed composition and quality parameters are specified in the technical documentation of each product.

Compliant with AIJN Code of Practice guidelines

The offered products comply with the relevant reference guidelines of the AIJN Code of Practice for the Evaluation of Fruit and Vegetable Juices. These guidelines are widely used by the European fruit juice industry to assess product quality, identity and authenticity.

Why are fruit juice concentrates supplied frozen?
